The Lord's battle-ax...!

Jeremiah 51:10-11, 20 NKJV

The Lord has revealed our righteousness. Come and let us declare in Zion the work of the Lord our God. Make the arrows bright! Gather the shields! The Lord has raised up the spirit of the kings of the Medes. For His plan is against Babylon to destroy it, Because it is  the vengeance of the Lord , The vengeance for His temple. “You  are My battle-ax and weapons of war: For with you I will break the nation in pieces; With you I will destroy kingdoms;

† Shalom †......! Day #341. Do you know that you were chosen specifically by God to declare His marvelous works? Let's pray. Father, we pray that You will use us according to Your will and purposes. Be enthroned O Lord in our lives. Be enthroned gloriously and let the world witnes Your splendor. In Jesus name we ask and pray, amen!

Folks, once again the Lord is reminding us that we are His weapons of mass destruction. For us to see His marvelous works, first we must allow God to use our lives. Then God began to move in our lives, when God began to wash and cleanse us thoroughly and then He equips us to do great and mighty things in our lives.

My sheep knows My voice...!

Jeremiah 50:6-7 NKJV

“My people have been lost sheep. Their shepherds have led them astray; They have turned them away on  the mountains. They have gone from mountain to hill; They have forgotten their resting place. All who found them have devoured them; And their adversaries said, ‘We have not offended, Because they have sinned against the Lord , the habitation of justice, The Lord , the hope of their fathers.’

† Shalom †......! Day #340. Do you know that the Lord said that "My sheep knows My voice?" Let's pray. Father, we are like the sheep gone astray  from Your word, bring us back to You. Let us be sensitive to Your voice. In Jesus name we ask and pray, amen!

Jesus said, "My sheep knows My voice..." what do you think it means? As I was meditating on this particular verse, I asked the Lord why You say this and what it supposed to mean? After that I received a revelation of this Word as the Holy Spirit began to show me, then later I post a questionnaire in the Facebook and asking them what could this verse means. Many replied regarding our faith to God,  many replied or hearing God's voice and not the devil's voice. Now allow me to share what I have received.

Many say we know God but we aren't willing to allow God to lead us. We say that "we are servants of God, we are ministers of God" but are listening to His voice and allowing Him to work in our life? No! We pray "oh Lord please speak to me and bla bla bla..but when God give an answer out of our expectations, out of our comfortable zone, we then tend not to listen to His voice. We aren't taking heed to His voice. Now allow me to explain about sheep. Sheep is the most stupidest and forgetful animal unlike goats and cows. Goats and cows thwy know when to eat and what to do. When they see the shepherd is coming, they will automatically get up and get ready to move whereas sheep is the most laziest animal where you have to kick it a few times then it will get up and walk, and when it fall, you got to kick it again.

To take care of sheeps is really a hard job. That's the reason God liken us to sheeps and not goats or cows. My sheep kniws My voice means, He want us to be like the stupid sheep and give ourselves totally to Gid and allowing Him to control our lives and leading us. Why God chose sheeps and not cows or goats...?  Because cows and goats are so clever and that's the reason God uses sheep to shame the world's wisdom. This verse has a profound and deep meaning...

I Corinthians 1:18-19, 21, 23-25 NKJV

For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. For it is written: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, And bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.” For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through wisdom did not know God, it pleased God through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe. but we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block and to the Greeks foolishness, but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

They have not been humbled....!

Jeremiah 44:9-10 NKJV

Have you forgotten the wickedness of your fathers, the wickedness of the kings of Judah, the wickedness of their wives, your own wickedness, and the wickedness of your wives, which they committed in the land of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem? They have not been humbled, to this day, nor have they feared; they have not walked in My law or in My statutes that I set before you and your fathers.’

† Shalom †......! Day #339. Do you know that the humblest act we can do is allowing God to rule and lead our lives? Let's pray. Father, forgive us for having such a prideful and stubborn heart where we refuse to accept advice, corrections and thinking that our ways and what we do is right. Forgive us Lord. In Jesus name we ask and pray, amen!

Nowadays people do not accept rebuke, corrections and so on yet they think that their ways are right and they justify their actions. People like to talk big but there's no substance in it. They would say this familiar phrase " you think God only speaks to you is it?" The question is, when God speaks are you listening and doing according to what He has spoken to you? We even use the word of God to justify our ways though it's wrong and we do not want to admit it. They prefer soothing words rather than strong rebukes and corrections. In Psalms 81:12 NKJV God says that "So I gave them over to their own stubborn heart, To walk in their own counsels." Do you know even sometimes God is also fed up with our attitude and stubborness? How long more are we going to be so stubborn before the Lord. Not taking heed to His correction and rebukes, and thinking that our own ways are right? Even we dare to question and educate God.... A stubborn heart is a prideful heart. Beware,  it's a warning ⚠ to us, before we fall..... Don't take His grace and mercy for granted... It's up you and me to listen and do something about it.

Allowing God to correct us is the most humblest thing you can do, instead of advising God back and telling HIM how to do things. Allowing God to evaluate our life and our ways so that we can learn from our mistakes and wrong doing rather than reasoning with God when He rebukes. And when God has always evaluate us, it is scary to hear what God says "They have not been humbled, to this day, nor have they feared; they have not walked in My law or in My statutes that I set before you and your fathers." A stubborn heart is very hard to be humbled because the stubborn heart thinks that what they do is right and whatsoever corrections and advices others give is wrong. Yeah "they may say, put yourself in my shoes and you will know the heat." Well, the fact is not everyone acts or thinks like you and not everyone as stubborn as you. Be humble before God and before man.... You don't have to prove yourself right if you are right. Let God vindicate you.

The hypocrite heart...!

Jeremiah 42:20-21 NKJV

For you were hypocrites in your hearts when you sent me to the Lord your God, saying, ‘Pray for us to the Lord our God, and according to all that the Lord your God says, so declare to us and we will do it. ’ And I have this day declared it to you, but you have not obeyed the voice of the Lord your God, or anything which He has sent you by me.

† Shalom †......! Day #338. Do you know that at times we ask the servants of God to pray for us, but when they have prayed and give us a Word from God, we do not follow or live by it? Let's pray. Father, forgive us for being a hypocrite. We ask You to speak to us, but when You have spoken, we do not follow or live by what You have declared to us. Forgive us Lord. In Jesus name we ask and pray, amen!

Folks, many at times ask prayers from pastors, leaders, friends and fellow church members. It is a good things that we encourage and pray for each other. Sometimes we asked them to uphold us in their prayers for some situations we are going through,  or may be sickness or maybe for God's divine intervention upon the things we want to do. But sometimes, what I don't understand is that when the Lord has spoken either to the pastor, friends, leaders and so on, we refuse to take heed of that word. We think "nahhh it's OK" God will not punish me if I didn't follow what He has instructed. It is NOT OK...! We are being a hypocrite! The heart of a hypocrite. This kind of attitude will never take us anywhere but to the drain.

For example, a guy likes a girl so much so that he did not pray about that relationship but he continued on, then when the time comes for him to pray for God's guidance in the relationship and he asks a maybe his pastor to pray and to give a word, so when God has spoken saying that "I want you to come out of that relationship...and so on" and yet that guy after hearing it he still continues in the relationship refusing to take heed of His word,until something really bad happened one day then he blames God for allowing it to happen. Is this something familiar to you? Am I speaking something real? I hope so! This situation is applicable to girls as well. You see folks, this is what the prophet Jeremiah is trying to warn us. This is what hypocrisy is. This is what we are doing! It could be in any situation we are in, either for business,  life partner, ministry you name it... When God speaks, be quick to listen and do. Don't just listen and you refuse to do. The hypocrite heart....

How far are you willing to trust in God...?

Jeremiah 39:18 NKJV

For I will surely deliver you, and you shall not fall by the sword; but your life shall be as a prize to you, because you have put your trust in Me,” says the Lord .’ ”

† Shalom †......! Day #337. Do you know that when you wholly trust God, He will deliver you out of every situation that you are facing? Let's pray. Father, in You we trust and we put all our hope in You our living God. For we know that those who trust in You will never be put to shame. We thank You for that assurance. In Jesus name we ask and pray, amen!

Friends, I wondered what would God speak to me today, and He spoke from this verse. I was wondering again, why from this verse? Am I not trusting the Lord?  That was the question that popped out of my mind. This morning I woke up and my body was shivering and was hot. As I read this verse, it strengthened my spirit to continue to trust in God! And as I was driving to my work place, I will normally listen to a morning devotion on the radio a Christian program every morning, and there they again played a song about trusting in God no matter what situation we go through. I believe that the Lord is trying to tell me hang on there and continue to trust in Me. Folk, what are you going through today? Let go and let God.

How far are you willing to go in trusting God? Is there anything too hard for Him to do? Are you in a situation where it seems that it's hard for you to trust in God? Be courageous friends,  God is able to deliver you! Never be given to the lies of the devil,  but hold on to the Living and Powerful Word of God. The reason we doubt is because we aren't rooted in the truth of God's word. The word of God gives life, the presence of God gives power!

Impossible to I m possible..!

Jeremiah 32:27 NKJV

“Behold, I am the Lord , the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?

† Shalom †......! Day #336. Do you know that things that seems impossible for us, but with God impossible is nothing? Let's pray. Father, there's nothing impossible to You for You are able to create a miracle in condition critical. Things that seems impossible to me, it is possible with You. Create a fresh miracle for us Lord. Thank You Lord. In Jesus name we ask and pray , amen!

Jesus says in the new testament, "for with man it is impossible, but with God nothing is impossible" and many other declaration of Jesus. He affirms His statement by performing miracles in condition critical. Unthinkable ways of God in every situation of our life. With God... The key 🔑 here is WITH GOD..for with God we are able to do great and mighty works and without God we are nothing. Is there anything too hard for God to do? 

It doesn't matter to God whether in whatever situation you're, He is able to create a fresh miracle for you! He is able to change your impossible thoughts to "I m possible!"

Mark 9:23 NKJV

Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”

This is love, so pure divine....!

Jeremiah 31:3 NKJV

The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.

† Shalom †......! Day #335. Do you know that the Lord loved you with an eternal everlasting love? Let's pray.  Father, with lovingkindness You have drawn us to You because You love us and Your grace and mercy is beyond description. Though we sin a thousand times, yet In Your love, You forgave us. Let us not take it for granted Your sacrifice on the Cross. Your love is pure divine. In Jesus we ask and pray, amen!

This is Love. This is pure divine. From afar the Lord has poured out His love to us through His Son our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Have you tasted this Love? God demonstrated this perfect love, through His Son by taking all of our burdens on His shoulder and died for us on the Cross, just for you and me. This Love came two thousand years ago and this Love is still actively touching and  impacting lives. This love was crucified, yet this Love lives forevermore. All for Love our Savior prayed, Abba Father have Your ways, though they no not what they do, let Your love draw men to You. This was the prayer of Jesus for us, the the Love of God which was demonstrated on the Cross shall draw men to Him. It's by grace that Lord has forgiven us from all of our sins, He said, "Though they no not what they do..." at time we really know what we are doing is wrong, yet God is ready to forgive 🙏 us if we wholeheartedly confess our sins before Him.

Folks, again we have come to the month of December where we celebrate the birth of our Savior. What does His birthday means to you? Every year we make a new years resolutions, it coyld be one of it to repent and to be restored to God once again.... But... We at time failed to do so. Jesus came, He died, He rise again, He lives forevermore and now...  HE IS COMING BACK AGAIN... And He is saying to us today... RETURN BACK TO YOUR FIRST LOVE..!  Oh that you would taste and see the goodness of God and His love...! This is what I pray for you....
