The incorruptible beauty...

1 Peter 3:3-4 NKJV

Do not let your adornment be  merely  outward—arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on  fine  apparel— rather  let it be  the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible  beauty  of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God.

******
Shalom! Day #31. Do you know God sees your heart rather than your outward appearance? Let's pray. Father, thank You for this day. Lord help us not just to shape our outward appearance only, but allow our inner man be shaped as well. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

Let our adornment be inward and outward. Paul says, he beat his body into subjection, meaning to say discipline ourselves, our spirit. No matter how much money, or status, or level of education we have, if our heart is lousy, no point. For example, we have watch the listen, listen, listen fame, a video gone viral. This person, so called degree holder, but then attitude is so stinky. You see no matter outwardly how pretty or handsome you look, if inwardly it's stinky, then the outcome would be a crap! We can't pretend to be good outwardly if inwardly, our Inner man is not right. Character is build from inside out. Not outside inside. Let Christ consume us from Inside out. You may have good ministry but If the Inner man is no good, people won't respect and recognize you. Good character, produces good outward action. Good outward action produces good and respectful relationships.

Our innerman, the incorruptible  beauty  of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God. In 1 Samuel 16:7 NKJV But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him. For  the L ord does not  see  as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” God rejects those who trying to use their outward appearance in pleasing and serving Him. Set our heart right before God and man.

Let this day be the day of the Lord!

Power of God...

1 Peter 1:5, 7, 13 NKJV

who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. that the genuineness of your faith,  being  much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest  your  hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

******
Shalom! Day #30. Do you know that we are kept, preserved, protected, sustained by the power of God? Let's pray. Father we thank You for this wonderful morning. We thank You that we are able to experience a brand new love from You today. As we meditate on You word today, help us to see the power that's at work in us and through us so that no matter what happens, we will stand strong. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

We are highly favored and flavored. We are secured protected and preserved by His power.  If you read Ephesians 3:20, it says, "Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us." The power of God sustains us to move forward. The power of God works through us and in us. It has the capability to preserve us for His purpose. The power of God enables is to soar high like the eagle. The power of God Is an unimaginable power that fights against all principalities and the power of darkness. What kind of power is this? It is the power of creation - when you confess the word of God in the spiritual realm, something is being created in spiritual realm and be seen in reality. It is the power to conquer - if God is for us who can be against us? We are more than conquerors in Christ Jesus. This power enables us to conquer everything even our deepest thoughts and fears. Jesus conquered life and death. It is the power of resurrection - when we speak or confess God's word in a death situation, a negative situation, you will see it coming to live, from negative to active and living situation. It is the power to defeat the enemy through worship. When you begin to lift up your hands and hearts to God in worship, no matter what your situation is, take off your robe of heavy burden, lift up your hands and hearts in worship and shout His praises! It's is the power of His name - in His Name, miracles are happening. In His name demons are fleeing. In His name the blind see, the lame walk, the mute talk and the deaf hear! Jesus the name above all names! It is the power of salvation through faith in Him.

True faith is when you are tested in the fire. Are we able to stand In there or before stepping into it, we give up? Daniel and his friends we literally "barbecued" but how come they stayed alive and there is no any burnt marks on them? Those who hold on tightly to Him, He will never let them down. Jesus holds the power of salvation. He is able to save  a person no matter what the situation is. No matter how black or white their sins are. He is able. Jesus, will come to your rescue even when you are tested in the fire. Jesus does not take you out from there, but He sustains you and be with you in the fire! The genuineness of our faith, remain faithful till your last breath! The power of God is able to rescue and save you!

Let this day be the day of the Lord!

The effective fervent prayer...!

James 5:16-17 NKJV

...The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain; and it did not rain on the land for three years and six months.

******
Shalom! Day #29. Do you know that when a person prays with all their heart, believing for an answer from God, that prayer will be answered? Let's pray. Abba Father, as we study Your word today, Holy Spirit help us to understand the importance of prayer and the power it carries. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen!

Fervent prayer. What does it means? A heart that's not easily giving up on things. A heart that's diligently praying. A heart that's prays wholeheartedly. It carries much power to move God's hand to perform a miracle. Are we just praying for the sake of praying or we are seriously praying for something to happen?

Now when we see into the life of Elijah, he was just a normal human like us. But what makes a difference between him and us is, he was a praying man. In 1 Kings 17:21-22 NKJV And he stretched himself out on the child three times, and cried out to the Lord and said, “O Lord my God, I pray, let this child’s soul come back to him.” Then the Lord heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came back to him, and he revived. He prayed earnestly. And God heard the voice of Elijah. He prayed out of anguish in his heart. He prayed with all his heart. He desperately prayed and needed a miracle. God answers prayers! Prayer is a powerful weapon to fight against every attack of the devil. Prayer changes the Impossibilities into possibilities. Are you praying today?

Let this day be the day of the Lord.

Draw near to God...

James 4:8, 14 NKJV

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse  your  hands,  you  sinners; and purify  your  hearts,  you  double-minded.... For what  is  your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.

******
Shalom! Day #28. Do you know that the only price tag for your life is another life? Let us pray. Father as we study Your word, Holy Spirit help us to use this life which You have given to us appropriately. Help us to see the importance of using this life wholly for Your purpose and to do Your will. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Your worship and prayer draws you near to God. Worship and prayer is your lifeline. It's through worship and prayer we get into the deep intimacy with God. Worship and prayer connects us to God and it draws His presence to us, surrounding us. We are like in the  centre of the eye of the tornado, whereby it pulls everything to you. A magnetic force that's able to pull everything towards you. When you are surrounded by His presence, everything is gets pulled towards you. Blessings, promotion, good health, spiritual growth, new car, new house, better education, fruitfulness in ministry. EVERYTHING! This happens only when you take the first step to draw near to God. Then He will draw near to you. When we make that connection with God, there is a power that flows from Him to us. The woman with the 12 years of blood issue, she determined in her heart, no matter what happens I must touch Him and be healed. And Jesus in the midst of crowd realize that somebody had touched Him and power went out of Him that very moment and He asked who touched Him. There were a lot of people around Jesus and was touching Him and He did not comment about that, but this woman touch Him, and He asked who touched Me? You see, Jesus is able to differentiate between a religious touch and a spiritual touch. Many are just like the crowds, just touching Him but not with a determined heart like this women. This woman she made up her mind and penetrated into the crowds and touched Him. Now that's what I call worship! Sometimes we allow the crowd to be in our mind untill we find it difficult to penetrate through the crowd and touch Jesus. Is your head crowded with the things of the world today?

You have one life, do something with it. For what  is  your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. We do not know what will happen tomorrow, but as long it is called today, let us live our lives with a purpose and with a determined heart to touch God and touch lives. We are like the vapor that appears for a little time and vanishes away. We have a very limited time on this earth. You must realize your call and start doing something about it. Let our spirit arise, let our lives shines forth His glory as we draw near to Him.

Let this day be the day of the Lord.

No man can tame the tongue...

James 3:8-9 NKJV

But no man can tame the tongue.  It is  an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of God.

******
Shalom! Day #27. Do you know that the things that's happening in this world, around us, is because of what we confess, what we speak? Let's pray. Father, as we study Your word, help us to be watchful in our speech. Let the word of Christ dwells in us and let us to confess Your word daily as we talk to one and another. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

Things that's happening around us is the effects of what we speak. If we are in a negative situation and we began to speak or confess negatively into that situation, you will find that your condition becomes more worst than before. Why? Because what we confess or speak, whether we realize it or not, we are actually speaking it Into the spiritual realm and the devil is listening it. But if we are in the negative situation and we began to confess positive things, in this case,  it is the Living Word of God, you will begin to see the negative situation turns into an active situation because the Word of God is at work.

No man can tame the tongue. Tongue, it speaks life and it speaks death as well. NO MAN! Not by my might, not by my power but by His Spirit. Only the Spirit of God that's able to tame the tongue of a man. With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men. Watch out people, let's allow God to use our mouth to pronounce blessings, to proclaim His promises. Let us not use our mouth to speak against one, to gossip, to complain, to curse, but let us use it to proclaim the praises of Him who has called us out of darkness into His marvellous light.

Let this day be the day of the Lord!

Faith without works is dead.

James 2:14, 26 NKJV

What  does it  profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

******
Shalom! Day #26. Oh come let us adore Him! No it is not Christmas. Yes you read it right! Let's worship the King! Do you know that by having faith in God alone will not save you? Let's pray. Father, bless this day. We thank You for your grace and mercy and Your favor. Help us this day not just to speak about faith but put it in practice as well. Thank You Lord. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

Faith without action is useless, is dead. We can talk faith, but if we did not walk faith, it is as same as hitting an empty can. Prayer builds faith. Faith being established when you believe. Your believe becomes strong when there is an act of faith. This is how it works. You don't have faith, you can't please God. You don't have faith you can't believe. You don't see miracles because you did not believe. You did not have faith because you did not pray. I may say that I am alive, but if I am not able to function it is useless. Faith is an action script which the outcome is the result of a believing heart. Prayer is the foundation of our faith. Faith is build on the foundations of prayer. Once the foundations of faith is being laid, then faith begins to design the building, then the believing heart begins to construct the building of the faith building. The believing heart begins to place the strong pillars in the faith building. The pillars of our faith is the Living Word of God! When you hold on to His word, as you pray, you have faith, you believe and confess and claim His word as you live, you shall experience His promises in your life!

Having faith alone will not save you. In order for to be saved, 1st you must have faith and believe that Jesus is son of God and He died for our sins. 2nd, as I said earlier miracles only happens when prayer produces faith and connected with a believing heart. The actions of a believing heart is CONFESSION of our sins then you will see or experience a miracle. You may have a perfect body, but if there is no spirit, it is dead. You may have a perfect prayer, but if you don't believe in what you prayed, it is dead too. Inorder for you to experience His grace, mercy, favor, blessing, good health - you must pray worship, have faith, a believing heart and *BOOM* you will begin to see the things, the miracles which He has installed for you. Sometimes when we pray, we feel like our prayed is just hitting the ceiling and bouncing back to us and not penetrating into the spiritual realm. Why? Because there is no faith in our prayer. Because we pray for the sake of praying and when nothing happens, we blame God!

Let this day be the day of the Lord!

Count it all joy...

James 1:2-3, 12 NKJV

My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. Blessed  is  the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.

******
Shalom! Day #25. Do you know that there is a joy in enduring trials and testings? Let's pray. Father in the name of Jesus we come before You this morning. We pray that as , we study Your word, open our hearts to comprehend Your word. Help us to see joy in every trials and testings we go through. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

Count it all JOY if you are persecuted. Count it all joy when you fall into various trials. If we go through the persecution and trials and testing in complaining, murmuring for sure it will be a painful experience. But if we go through joyfully, it will be a fruitful experience. Why? Because it produces patience, long sufferings, endurance and so on. Faith produces good fruits if we dare to go through it joyfully with our eyes are fully focused on Jesus and not on the things which is happening around us.

Blessed  is  the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. Wow, BLESSED! We always complaint, but a man who endures temptation, trials and testing is a blessed man because of his faith in God, produces patience and good fruits in him and receives the crown of life which the Lord has promised.

Let this day be the day of the Lord!

Let us run...

Hebrews 12:1-2, 28-29 NKJV

Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares  us,  and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of  our  faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. For our God  is  a consuming fire.

******
Shalom! Day #24. Do you know that there are cheerleaders cheering for you as you run the race? They constantly cheers and encourages us to run and finish the race. Father in the name of Jesus we pray that  as we study Your word, help us to grow daily in You and seek You more and more. Lord Jesus we pray as we run this race let our eyes focused on you alone. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

Do you know that there are cheerleaders cheering for you as you run the race? They constantly cheers and encourages us to run and finish the race. Of course this cheerleaders doesn't wear those miniskirts, but hey, they are the heavenly cheerleaders. We are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses. They are cheering for each one of us, "come on, keep running, don't look back, look forward, focused on Jesus, never give up, keep running!" Our part is to lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares  us,  and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us. Do not focused on who your opponents are, but focused only on the trophy that's waiting for you. When you run the race, even your loved ones may try to discourage you, because they don't see the importance that you see in winning the race. Your opponents are your obstacles. Your opponents are those who will try to hinder and reroute you, discourage you. Your winning trophy is Jesus Christ, when your eyes are wholly fixed on Him, no matter what's happens, by all means you will win the race. Why? Because a right heart attitude towards the things that has been entrusted to you. Why again? Because Jesus is the Author and Perfecter of our faith. You will endure it with gladness and joy.

Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. When your eyes are focused on Jesus, no matter what's happens you will not be shaken or moved, because Jesus is your hope and assurance. Let us serve Him accordingly, acceptably, the way it pleases Him. Serve Him with reverence and fear. This is Godly fear. It is not the kind of fear when you are chased by a dog  or fear of getting scold by your books. This holy fear is, respect. It's a feeling of profound awe and respect and often love, an act of showing respect. If you are serving God today, take it seriously. Have some respect to your calling. Do not take it for granted.

Let this day be the day of the Lord.

It is impossible...

Hebrews 11:6, 40 NKJV

But without faith  it is  impossible to please  Him,  for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and  that  He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. God having provided something better for us, that they should not be made perfect apart from us.

******
Shalom! Day #23. Do you know that we as the followers and believers of Christ, always marvels at His power, but we take less time in knowing Him? Without faith, we can't see God. Without faith we cannot get to know Him.  Let's pray. Father we want to thank You for your grace and mercy. Thank You for the Your love. As we study Your word, open up our hearts that Your word will stir up our spirit and faith. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen

To see and experience His promises this year, first, we must have faith in Him. Without faith it is impossible to see His miracles. It is impossible to feel God. It is impossible to serve Him. Faith is dead when no action involved. FAITH is an action script language for impossibilities. Turn your worries into FAITH ACTION.  Let your worries produce FAITH and NOT SIN. FAITH speaks louder than any other language.  FAITH equals to every reaction that comes out from a believing HEART. FAITH sees far more deeper than the eyes can see.

Secondly, to see and experience His promises, we must have a believing HEART. For he who comes to God must believe. Without a believing heart, you cannot have faith. Without faith you cannot believe. What activates faith? PRAYER activates faith to believe in God and to see His promises. It's not the faith of Jesus that heals you or delivers your or restores you, but it is YOUR faith that makes you to receive your healing, deliverance, blessings, restoration. Jesus says, "your faith has healed you."

Faith and a believing heart enables you to see that God is providing something better for us. The good things are made perfect in us and through us as we have faith, believe and put our faith into practise. Seek Him diligently as we put all our faith and trust in Him.

Let this day be the day of the Lord!

We are sanctified.

Hebrews 10:10, 14, 22-23 NKJV

By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once  for all.  For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified. let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of  our  hope without wavering, for He who promised  is  faithful.

******
Shalom! Day #22. Do you know that God doesn't look at how much offering you give or how big is the sacrifice? The one thing which He values and respect the most is a repentant heart, a broken and a contrite spirit? Let's pray. Father we thank You for today that we are able to experience a new and fresh love from You once again. Lord, bless Your word. Holy Spirit help us to offer our lives as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

Jesus offered the greatest offering than anyone could have done. His one purpose is to save the mankind. God looked at what Jesus did and lifted Him high above all and gave Him the name above all names. The offerings of Jesus sanctified a person who truly called upon the name of Jesus and repented with all their heart. That one sanctification purifies the heart. The sacrifice of Jesus perfected those who are being sanctified. We are belonged to Jesus. This life we live is not ours, but His. So as long as we are breathing, let Jesus be the first priority.

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. With the assurance of what Christ has done for us, let us boldly come to Him daily carrying our cross and follow Him. As we follow Him, allow Him to cleanse our hearts, sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of  our  hope without wavering, for He who promised  is  faithful. The promises of God concerning your lives is yes and in Him Amen! If you are faithful to Him, you will see every of His promises come to pass. A right heart attitude and a sacrifice.

Let this day be the day of the Lord.

For God is not unjust...

Hebrews 6:9-12 NKJV

But, beloved, we are confident of better things concerning you, yes, things that accompany salvation, though we speak in this manner. For God  is  not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name,  in that  you have ministered to the saints, and do minister. And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope until the end, that you do not become sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

******
Shalom! Day #21. It's a beautiful day, it's a wonderful day. For some it's what we call "the Monday blues." Haha. You shall have your reward. Be steadfast in faith and carry on the good work. Let's pray. Father, I choose to give You thanks for today. I pray that as we read and meditate on Your word, help us to stand strong in You. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

Oh yes... God hasn't forgotten all your work and labor of love which you have shown towards His work and towards fellow brethren. The bible says in 1 Corinthians 15:58 NKJV Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. KNOWING, BE CONFIDENT OF IT that your labor is not vain in the Lord. Therefore keep on going the works of salvation. I don't know to whom, but I believe God is speaking to you today. You feel discouraged. You feel like God has forgotten your labor in His name. You feel you are being left aside by your fellow colleagues either at work or in the ministry and they begin to look up to the newcomer. Do not be moved or be shaken by this, but be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. For God  is  not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name,  in that  you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.

Be diligent in the things by which you have been called to do. You don't have to follow the crowd but it's time for you to stand up, step out and shine for Jesus. You do not have to follow how people do, but you follow the pattern that God has given to you and you will do it with all diligence. Let your diligence produce hope and faith. Have a right heart attitude towards the things of God. Have a right heart attitude in every situations, in trials and testings - remain faithful till end and you shall see His glory and blessings.

Let this day be the day of the Lord!

For the word of God...

Hebrews 4:12 NKJV

For the word of God  is  living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

******
Shalom! Day #20. Cold. Consider it a-nice-to-sleep weather. 11 days more to go, before we come to the end of January. How are you living? Are we applying His promises as we live or are we somehow trying our best to make a living? Let's pray. Father, as we have step into the 20th day of this year, Holy Spirit help us to constantly review our lives in You that may our lives be determined by every words that proceeds from Your mouth. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

For the word of God  is  LIVING AND POWERFUL. Now, the word of God is not just a matter of words, buts a living being and powerful. If yes, then who or what is the word? The bible tells us that, In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. Why the word of God is living and powerful? Because the Word Himself is God the Almighty. If you are living in the Word of God, the promises of God, it means you are living in a living and powerful Being, you are living in Jesus Christ, the true living and powerful God. Therefore if you carefully claim the Word, His promises daily as you live, you would witness His power is at work in every situation that you are going through.

Sharper than any two-edged sword. The sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God is sharper than any swords. No matter what situation you are going through, if you realize the power of the Word of God, and use it appropriately you will see His power at work. The sword of the spirit piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow.

For the word of God is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. The word of God in you, it searches deep into our hearts and thoughts. Search me oh God and seek out my heart. Allow the word of God, Jesus Christ, to work in your heart and as he works in you allow Him to bring the best from within you. Use the word of God in every situation you go through in your life. Never ever walk this life with Him and His word abiding in you. Your spirit will suffocate and die if you are living a life without Jesus Christ the Living Word of God.

Let this day be the day of the Lord.

Today, if you will hear His voice...

Hebrews 3:7-8, 12-14 NKJV

Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says:      “Today, if you will hear His voice,   Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, In the day of trial in the wilderness, Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God; but exhort one another daily, while it is called  “Today,”  lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end,

******
Shalom! Day #19. Cold. Rainy weather. Let us not be as the weather. Let's pray. Abba Father, thank You for today. As we study Your word today, help us to listen to Your voice and take heed to Your words. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

I believe, everyone of you have listen or heard God speaking to you. Are we taking it seriously when God speaks? Or we consider it like just another voice that's speaking? Israel, although they claimed that they know God, but in action they did not show it. And I'm afraid to say that this same attitude is creeping into our generation. I posted in my Facebook status yesterday, asking a question "which one Is Important watching football and skipping youth service or getting involved in the youth service? Football or Jesus?" We have seen what God is able to do. We have experience His miracles. We have witness His protection, provision, great and mighty works, but we still harden our hearts towards His voice. We are not taking it seriously. Folks it's getting late and It's getting serious. Whatever has happened to the anguish in the house of God? Whatever has happened to the love of God? Slumberness, laziness, procrastinating spirit, putting other things important than God, it's creeping into the church now and if we are not aware of it, it's time to wake up church!

Hardening our hearts towards the voice of God is as same as rebelling against God. In the day of trial in the wilderness, Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God; The moment we do not take heed to the voice of God, here Satan steps in and begins his work. But exhort one another daily, while it is called  “Today,”  lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. The word "exhort" means to urge, to advice, to push, to encourage, to preach, to insist. I urge you fellow believers and followers of Christ, gird up, be on your guard. Be steadfast. Hold on to the promises of God concerning your life. Get involve in the things of God. When you are serious in His works, He will be serious on the things concerning your life. Without Christ I am nothing. We wonder why we are not blessed? Why we are not healed? Why am I not getting promoted? Why am I blah blah blah blah.... my question is, HAVE YOU LOOKED INTO YOUR RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND GOD? If we say we love God, we will do anything just to be in His presence. We would do anything just to be intouch with God. When there is a football match at 3 in the morning, we will set the alarm and get up just to watch the game, But when it comes to God, we don't even bothered to get up that early to pray, to spend time with God. I am not saying watching or playing football is a sin, I like football, it's my passion and I'm a footballer as well, but I don't idolized it. Nothing can come between me and God. I sacrificed my football just to do the things of God. I urge you brethren and fellow followers of Christ Jesus, it's now or never, set your priorities right.

Let this day be the day of the Lord!

He is mindful of you.

Hebrews 2:6 NKJV

But one testified in a certain place, saying:      “What is man that You are mindful of him,  Or the son of man that You take care of him?

******
Shalom! Day #18. Living a colorful life. God adds colors and flavors into our lives because He cares for each and everyone on us. Let's pray. Father, we pray that as we study Your word today, help us to see life in Your perspective and live it to the fullest so that our lives may be profitable for us and others. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

Do you know that God is thinking about you 24/7? Do you know that His mind is filled with everything about you? Neither your boyfriend nor girlfriend thinks about you 24/7, but God is thinking about you, even He Is thinking about you as you read this. He is constantly thinking of the best thing which He could offer you in this life. He is madly inlove with you. He is mindful of you. Are we mindful of the things concerning God? Are we madly inlove with Him? Or are we somehow trying to make the story of our lives without God in the picture? God writes our life's story, and people reads it. When God writes it, He knows what He is writing. He is the Author and the Perfecter of our lives. Sometimes we think this is good for me, that is the best for me, this girl or boy is the perfect match for me. Never ever make such mistakes. We think like that but God says, "child, your life is hidden in Me, seek me first and you will find life, seek My will first and you will live according to My plans, seek My kingdom first so that I will rule over your lives and give you the best that you want. Trust Me, I know what is this best for you."

Today, I believe with all my heart, if you allow God to take over your lives, I tell you, I assure you this that you will see the best coming out through your lives. He cares for you. You may say, "I need a companion", God is the best companion you can have. If you are quick to listen, you will listen His voice speaking to you. And through God, He gives you your life partner, the perfect made in heaven partner for you. You don't have to go around fishing at the pond, river, or sea in search for a life partner. God had already prepared the best. Most of the time we are impatient and we want to do things our way. Remember, He cares for you. What hinders us from having the best from God? It is ourselves. A stubborn heart is always a hindrance. Unless and until we subject ourselves to the Lordship of God, we will not experience the life which God has already prepared for us.

Let this day be the day of the Lord!

Pure and defiled.

Titus 1:15-16 NKJV

To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled. They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work.

******
Shalom! Day #17. It's a good day to be alive. Let's pray. Father, thank You for this day. As we study Your word, Holy we open our hearts for reproof, rebuke and correction. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

Do you know that an unbelieving heart will never prosper and will never be able to see the things which God has already prepared for them? To the pure all things are pure. Pure in the spirit. Pure towards the things of God. A believing heart is a pure heart. A defiled heart is a heart that's constantly in war with the spirit of God. A defiled heart, there is nothing pure in it. A defiled heart is a disobedient heart. A defiled and unbelieving person, no matter what they do, there will be always dissatisfaction because their minds are polluted with the things of the world and the ways of the world. They don't have an intimate relationship with God. Jesus said in Matthew 5:8 blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. The pure heart have an intimate relationship with God.

A defiled heart person, they claim to know God, but in action not. In every ways they deny it. A person who knows God, serves God; will allow God to work in their hearts and prunes the best out of them. The people had to decide whether they would obey the Lord, who had proven his trustworthiness, or obey the local gods, which were only handmade idols. It's easy to slip into a quiet rebellion-going about life in your own way. But the time comes when you have to choose who or what will control you. The choice is yours. Will it be God, your own limited personality, or another imperfect substitute? Once you have chosen to be controlled by God's Spirit, reaffirm your choice every day. A person that's not willing to change will never prosper. The decision to change is at our hands. If we are not willing to change according to the ways of God, then stop murmuring and complaining when God brings or puts a person alongside that He may work through them to mould us and to make us into a beautiful vessels.

Let this day be the day of the Lord.

The Lord stood for you.

2 Timothy 4:17-18 NKJV

But the Lord stood with me and strengthened me,.... And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve  me  for His heavenly kingdom. To Him  be  glory forever and ever. Amen!

******
Shalom! Day #16. Kinda not feeling well. Every other things looks perfect.  We are in the 16th day of 2013. We can't go through this year without the involvement of God. When God is involved in the things you are called to do, you will see it prosper. Let's pray. Father bless this Fay. Thank You for this day. Let Your presence to saturate us and be with us, stand with us, strengthened us and deliver us. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

The Lord stood with me and strengthened me. This is His promises for us. No matter how and what situation hits you today, remember the Lord is with you, He stands for you and battle for you. Today, my tyre punctured and almost lost control. I thank God, He was with, me. There is only one reason why God is with us. He is keeping us safe and secured so that we will finish the race and win the prize. He enables us to reach the fullness of our potential. As the Lord stood for Israel in battle, He is also standing for you and with you. He will never abandons those who trust and hope in Him. If He is bringing you through a situation, well He is there with you and strengthening you. The reason we struggle and suffer in the situation, because we don't realize His presence there and we tend to go through it ourselves. Remember this: He stands for you, He strengthenes you.

The Lord delivers you and preserves you. This is His 2nd promises for you today. He does not just stand and strengthenes you, but He delivers and preserves you as well. He stands in the battlefield for you and with you. He constantly strengthenes you, enables you to go through it. And He delivers you from every attacks of the enemy and the preserves your life for a greater purpose. 1st, He puts you in a battlefield. Then He stands with you, battle for you and even He strengthens you. You see, you don't have to struggle your way out. Leave it to God and trust in Him. Then, He delivers you, He releases you, He shields you from every attacks of the evil one and finally He preserves you for His purpose. Do you know, if you can just imagine this situation which I mentioned here, you will see the picture of how God battled for you and me and gave salvation to mankind. God has His own way of doing the things He has in His mind concerning you and me. So get to know His ways and do it God's style!

Let this day be the day of the Lord!

That the man of God May be complete.

2 Timothy 3:12, 17 NKJV

Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

******
Shalom! Day #15. Still alive and rocking! Hahaha! Do you know that the word PERSECUTION is a bad and unpleasant word to some Christians? The definition of Christianity for them is "a bed of roses." Let's pray. Father, as we study the truth of Your word, Holy Spirit help us to accept the truth and live our lives accordingly. Help us to understand the meaning of living a godly life in You. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

It is easy quoting "Philippians 1:21 for me to live is Christ and to die is gain", yet living it out is the toughest thing. As I have mentioned just now, "Do you know that the word PERSECUTION is a bad and unpleasant word to some Christians? The definition of Christianity for them is "a bed or roses."" For some Christianity means prosperity. Blessings. Victorious life.  People come to church just to hear good messages. If the message isn't good, the following week they won't come. No, I am not against all this. It is good to have and live in His promises, but it does not just happens like that.  To see this things take place in our lives, we have to go through some events which will bring us to experience all the good things God has for us. Actually it's not fair, inorder for us to have eternal life, God sacrificed His one and only Son, Jesus Christ. But for some, they want everything easily. They do not want pain, but want gain! A great man of God, David Wilkerson once said "a hatred of correction and a hatred of reproof, nobody wants to hear it anymore. Whatever happens to anguish in the house of God? Whatever happens to anguish in the ministry? Anguish means extreme pain and distress. All true passion is born out of anguish." Are we willing to go through this persecutions as we walk with Jesus? Stephen filled with joy even to his last breath. Even at the point of death, he was willing to live his life totally for cost of following Jesus. He remained faithful till the last breath and he prayed for those who persecuted him. When persecution comes, don't run away, it's through it, God is shaping and preparing us for the next phase of our lives. Endure it joyfully and prayerfully. Living a godly live means living a righteous life. It means no room for sin. As a human, we struggle in this area. But we must persevere and endure it.

That the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. How does a man or woman of God may be complete for every good works of god? It is through every events of our lives, God shapes us. I was reading this book " The Grand Weaver," quoting a verse from a passage, "His design for your life pulls together every thread of your existence into a magnificent work of art. Every thread matters and has a specific purpose." Abraham was a man of faith, but faith didn't come easily to him. At the same time that he faced the greatest fear of fulfilling the will of God, sacrificing Isaac. Yet He chooses to believe and to put all his trust in God. When God brings you into some situations that you are not able to comprehend, just trust God, because He is bringing you through it that you may be shaped according to the design which God has in mind concerning you. Remember, every threads of your life matters. Every thread has a purpose. I end by quoting this verse from the bible.

1 Corinthians 2:9 NKJV

But as it is written:      “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,  Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

Let this day be the day of the Lord!

Vessel of gold and silver.

2 Timothy 2:4, 15, 20-21 NKJV

No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of  this  life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier. Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some for honor and some for dishonor. Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work.

******
Shalom! Day #14. It's good. A day of rest. Today if you are into something, continue to do it. Do not look back. Do it with all your heart. Let's pray. Father, bless Your word as we study Your word, Open up our eyes. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

As I mentioned earlier, having the desire to serve is not enough. He or she must have a mentality of a soldier. A soldier who has engaged himself in a war will not turn back at look at his circumstances. Stepping into the ministry, is as same as stepping into a battlefield, because in ministry we constantly raging war against the power and the principalities of the darkness. No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of  this  life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier. The reason we serve God, because we to please God. By turning back against God, it's the same like betraying our own country.  Be diligent to present yourself approved to God. Be diligent in serving the Lord.

But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some for honor and some for dishonor. Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work. Gold and silver are expensive. Wood and clay can be destroyed. Gold and silver, the more you heat it the more precious it can be. Many are called, few are chosen. The chosen ones are the one who is able to go through a purification process. We are in the Fathers house. He cleanse us and purify us and prepares us for every good work.

Let this day be the day of the Lord.

Called us with a holy calling.

2 Timothy 1:9-10 NKJV

who has saved us and called  us  with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began, but has now been revealed by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ,  who  has abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel,

******
Shalom! Day #13. Wonderfully weaved by the Grand Master! A day of celebration the true Living King, JESUS CHRIST. There is always a reason to celebrate our King Jesus Christ. He saved us, that's the greatest reason anyone can have and say. Let's pray. Abba Father, thank You for this life, a reason to celebrate You. As we study Your word, Holy Spirit help us to see Your holy calling in our lives that we may not live outside of Your will, purpose and plan. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

God has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works but according to His own purposes and grace through Jesus Christ and for those who believe in Him shall see His glory through His holy calling. Before you even existence, He already knew you and predestined you for greater things in Him according to His plans and purposes. You are called to bear good fruits (john 15:16). He gave His life so that we can have life. But many now, they leave Him, like a rose being trampled on the ground because they don't really realize what He had really done at the cross for them. Unless and until they have the revelation of the cross, they will never see the holy calling of God. I really feel sad for those who leave the faith because there is no root in Christ. His grace saved us from our stinky sins. Not our works. Where are we doing with His holy calling, the higher calling.

He has abolished death and brought life. He destroyed the works of darkness and brought light. Therefore let us not be deceived by the things of this world and giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons. They give in to sweet talkers and despise the Truth and leave their faith. The Lord is at the altar (amos 9:1), He is waiting for us because He wants to reveal to us Himself His perfect will and plans. Those who have seen the Lord, will never leave Him but by all means they will live their lives in Him and in His promises in bearing fruit whether in or out of season. What I meant by "SEEN THE LORD?" It means those who have seen His greatness, His blessings, His goodness, His miracles, His love, His rebukes, His teachings and His glory. Today the greatest gift a follower of Christ has is the gift of salvation. We will die when we live out of His covering and His grace.

Let this day be day of the Lord.

Fight the good fight of faith.

1 Timothy 6:7, 12 NKJV

For we brought nothing into  this  world,  and   it is  certain we can carry nothing out. Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

******
Shalom! Day #12. Weather clear. Sun - got. Everything is at its place. And hey it's Saturday! Today, the world does not promises anything for us. It only gives disappointments, anger, hatred, terrorism nothing good. Deception, money lovers, and so on. Only in Jesus there is true joy, peace and satisfaction. Let's pray. Father, I commit this day into Your hands, as I study You word, teach me the depths of Your word, in Jesus name we pray, amen.

Rich is getting rich and the poor is getting poor. For we brought nothing into  this  world,  and   it is  certain we can carry nothing out. When we came into this world, we did not bring any single thing. The only thing according to me, that we brought when we came to this world is joy to our parents. We did not come to this world bringing money and so on, and when we leave this earth we are not gonna bring anything as well. The only thing that will be with us is our faith in Christ Jesus and  the joy of salvation. There is a word in the book of James, "naked I come, naked I shall go." It means when we die, there is nothing for us to take accept the faith in Jesus and the joy of salvation. No money, no status, no nothing. Again if you don't have Jesus, well there is nothingness  and there is nothing, NOTHING a total zero thing that we will bring back, not even Faith.

Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. Some people because of circumstances they began to astray away from the faith they have in Jesus. Why? Because Jesus was just like another religion. They have not really experience the person of Jesus and very easily be caught in deception and there goes a soul eternally to hell. The meaning of fighting the good fight of Faith is, standing up for the faith that you believe in. Not FIGHTING. Such as war and so on. That's not what Jesus's teachings is about. You have been called for eternal life, yet because we choose not to go the way God has prepared for us, we tend to slip away from the way, the truth and the life and began to embrace something which doesn't really hold the answers for eternal life and doesn't have any answer for the meaning of life and eerily go on that way of destruction and totally wiping out our name from the book of Life.

Why no longer we are interested in the truth when we are already in the centre of the Truth? A question for everyone to think of.

Why Jesus? What does Jesus has to say about this issues? His description of who you are and who I am, is more perfectly described by Him than anyone has ever described your heart.

There is a quoting from Blaise Pascal
"Not only do we know God by Jesus Christ alone, but we know ourselves only by Jesus Christ. We know life and death only through Jesus Christ. Apart from Jesus Christ, we do not know what is our life, nor our death, nor God, nor ourselves."

Let this day be the day of the Lord! Gbu!

Because we trust in the living God.

1 Timothy 4:10, 14-15 NKJV

For to this  end  we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is  the  Savior of all men, especially of those who believe. Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership. Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all.

******
Shalom! Day #11. Gloomy.  Disappointments, anger, breach of trust I am sure you have gone through this. This past 11 days have you gone through this situation? Mom, I am not going to share about this. Let us pray. Father thank You for this day, we pray that as we study Your word today, Holy Spirit help us live a life filled with Your glory and presence. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We labour and suffer many things for cost of following Jesus. Yet there is a joy behind-the-scenes. A joy in suffering, because we trust in the living God, who is mighty to save us from all kinds of situations. Everyday being a scapegoat is not an exciting thing, but as we trust in the Lord, He is able to perform a miracle. When I looked at every obstacles which I am going through, there I see the help from You is greater than any of the obstacles. I look at Your face and called upon Your name, my help is from You Lord. Hold my hand and never let me go, for You are my hope and source of my life. Trust God no matter what happens. He knows what He doing, and what He is capable of doing.

Do not neglect the gift that is in you. Not everyone is privileged to have the gift. Many are called, few are chosen. If you are not working out the gift of God in your life, how are you going to see His glory? Do not neglect His calling upon you life. Do not deny the truth and live in deception. Yes, everyone face problems while serving Him, it is how you face it that makes you a winner. For the record, Jesus didn't promised a Christians life is filled with a bed of roses. Give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all. Work out your spiritual exercise. Give your gift a chance and witness His glory!

Let this day be the day of the Lord. Gbu!

But the Lord is faithful.

2 Thessalonians 3:3, 5 NKJV

But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard  you  from the evil one. Now may the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ.

******
Shalom! Day #10. Drizzling. Cloudy morning. Hey it's Thanksgiving Thursday. Start your day with giving thanks to God for His blessings. Let's pray. Father we commit ourselves in to Your hands and we pray that lead us not into temptations but deliver us from the evil one. Give us love, give us patience. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard  you  from the evil one. The Lord is faithful because, when you trust in Him, He never fails you. He establishes you in His promises, love, care, joy, as well as in His will and plans for you and me. He establishes you in every good word and work. When He had begun a new work in us, He also guards us from the evil one. He is our shield, our fortress. If today you are going through somekind of a situations and you don't know what to do, well YOU CAN COUNT ON HIS FAITHFULNESS!

The Lord is faithful because no matter how much we have sinned, He is faithful to forgive, restore and revive us and constantly directing our hearts into the love of God and into His patience. Which means He is constantly imparting His likeness into us that we may be Christ like. Allowing God to be the Director of our life is the right choice. He is faithful because He is the author and perfecter of our lives, faith and our meaning for existence. Since we are serving a faithful God, we are also aught to be faithful to Him in serving Him. Amen? Let us serve Him faithfully.

Let this day be the day of the Lord. Gbu!

Give thanks to God always.

2 Thessalonians 2:13-17 NKJV

But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth, to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or our epistle. Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given  us  everlasting consolation and good hope by grace, comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work.

******
Shalom! Day #9. Rainy and windy weather. Every other things looks perfect. It's wonderful Wednesday! How's your new year going on? Are you walking and living in the promises of God? God has chosen you and appointed you for this day. Therefore live your life to the fullness of the potential which is in you. Let's pray. Father ad we come before You today, Holy Spirit help us to see the calling of God In our lives as we walk this year. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

But we are bound to give thanks to God always. Giving thanks to God is not a Sunday thing, but it's a lifestyle. Always have an attitude of giving thanks no matter how or what the situations is. Train ourselves to daily give thanks to God for His miracles, blessings, life and so on. As I , mentioned in my earlier posts, miracles only happen when we dare to give thanks in good and bad situation. Normally, people give thanks when things are good, everything is going on smoothly. But do we dare to give thank when the situations are bad? The 1st word that usually comes out of our mouth is "WHY GOD?" Instead of Thank You Lord or Hallelujah!

Because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth. The bible says in the book of Jeremiah, that He knew us even before we were formed in our mothers womb. Today, you are alive for a reason. You are at this particular country, state, district, day, time and in this family or at this working place or at this school or this university for a particular and a peculiar reason and purpose. You are not to flow according to the current, but to go against all odds and make a difference. A good difference and example I mean. As for me, God made me for a reasons, therefore I shall live my life doing and fulfilling my Fathers dreams and purposes. Do you know why you are here today?

Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold firmly and tightly to the teachings which you were taught, whether by word or our epistle so that you may be strong and able to rise and fight back against every attacks of the devil. Everything that you have learned, it is your weapon and shield, use them wisely.  Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given  us  everlasting consolation and good hope by grace, comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work. This is the promises of God for you today that you may experience His love, His everlasting consolation and His good hope by grace and comforting your hearts. And the when we realize this, what will God do? He will establish you in every good word and work.

Let this day be the day of the Lord. Gbu!

He is faithful.

1 Thessalonians 5:24 NKJV

He who calls you  is  faithful, who also will do  it.

******
Shalom! Day #8. Everything is at it's place. Creations at it's best. It's trusting Tuesday! Why I say trusting...? Because to everyone is given a certain amount of faith for a day to trust God. Let's pray. Father, we pray today that as we take in and digest Your word, Holy Spirit help us to trust and hold on to the promises and the truth of God no matter what situations we go through. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.
Today, as we serve the Lord, onething we should really look into is "from where our calling was and who called us?" Many of us serve God because the pastor told them to do so, or the leaders appointed them. When we tend to do so, we end up in dissatisfaction. Because we are called by men. But, when we realize that God is the one which called us to serve Him, we would serve Him joyfully without back-biting, complaining and so on.

You know God's calling is true when everything that the Lord has placed in your hearts becomes fruitful. Because He who calls you  is  faithful, who also will do  it. If God has placed it in your heart and as we take a step of faith to do it, He is faithful and He will do the rest! This is the promises of God for you and I. Sometimes God reveals your calling through His servants. And when a servant of God releases the calling upon your life, grab hold of it, bring it to prayers, and ask God to prepare you for the calling and to step in the calling and to do the calling. Jesus fasted 40 days and night preparing Himself for the call and the purpose which He had come for. One things I desire to see, that this youth generation will see His calling and begin to serve Him.

Let it be known to you today, that He who calls you  is  faithful, who also will do  it. So do not lose hope when it seems like things are not going according to how it should be. Pray and give thanks. Have a believing heart. Let faith grow in you. He is able to do the things which you think not. For nothing is impossible with God. Just believe!

Let this day be the day of the Lord. Gbu!

*** if you have any prayer request or any comments, or in anyway that I can serve today, please do let me know, I am at the Lord's service.

Effectively works in you.

1 Thessalonians 2:13 NKJV

For this reason we also thank God without ceasing, because when you received the word of God which you heard from us, you welcomed  it  not  as  the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe.

******
Shalom! Day #7. Everything looks fine. The weather, the sun, the sky and the earth. Perfectly and wonderfully created by God. It's mesmerizing Monday. Sitting at my balcony and pondering upon His goodness as I write this today. Because I believed, therefore I see His glory, His miracles and goodness in my life. Let's pray. Father, in the name of Jesus as we read Your word, Holy Spirit help us to believe in the true living Word of God as we walk this life. Help us to hold on tightly to Your living Word. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

The only way to see His miracles in our lives is, receive His word in truth and believe in it and give thanks. If anyone proclaims the the blessings of God upon your lives or work or ministry or studies, received it in truth and believe in it and give thanks, then witness the Word working in you effectively. This is the promises of God and many are being deceived by the devil. The reason they are going through many problems, in sickness, no joy, stressed and so on is because of a few reasons which I know.

1. They live out of God's promises.
2. They don't take heed to the word of God.
3. They don't know the word of God.
4. They playfully received the word without believing.

The devil has been deceiving us since the beginning. The devil is hindering us from knowing the truth. And that's why when we are in trouble, the word of God becomes our last resort. The word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe. One day, the Lord spoke to me saying, "if you dare to believe, you shall see My glory." When you received His word in truth, received in in faith, believe in it and you shall see the word is effectively working in you. Don't stop believing! Therefore take time to read and meditate His word daily. You need a certain amount of strength for you to go through a day. The word of God and His love is new every morning so before you start doing anything in that day, read, meditate and pray! Then you will see the Word works effectively in you. You don't have struggle to complete your day, but the Word of God enables us.

Let this day be the day of the Lord. Gbu!

Continue earnestly in prayer!

Colossians 4:2, 12, 17 NKJV

Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving;... always laboring fervently for you in prayers, that you may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God... Take heed to the ministry which you have received in the Lord, that you may fulfill it.

******
Shalom! It's the 6th day of 2013. It's Sunday. How's your Sunday? Let's pray. Father, as we partake of Your word, Holy Spirit help us to fulfil the ministry which You have given to us. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Continue earnestly in prayer be alert and always give thanks. Fervently labour in prayer. No matter what happens to you this year... do not cease praying and have an attitude of giving thanks in all situation. Miracles only happens when we dare to give thanks no matter how hard the situations may be. Give thanks so that you may not shake, you may not waver, you may not worry, that you may stand perfect and complete in the will of God. Hallelujah, amen!

Take heed to the ministry which you have received in the Lord, that you may fulfill it. As for me, I will not let go of the things that the Lord has put in my heart  until I have complete it or unless God ask me to let it go. No matter what ministry God has entrusted to us, let us do it not as for man, but for God. Do it with all your heart and with all of love.

Let this day be the day of the Lord! Gbu!

Seek those things which are above.

Colossians 3:1-2, 16 NKJV

If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

******
Shalom! It's the 5th day of 2013.... Thank God it's Saturday!  How's your day? What's your plan for today? No matter what we do today, let us take some time to meditate on the word of God. Seek Him 1st, then do other things. Let's pray. Father, we ask of You today that as we partake of Your word, Holy Spirit help us to daily put You 1st before we start doing anything. Making You be the 1st priority of our lives. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

The bible says in Matthew 6:33 NKJV ...But  seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Seeking those things which are above is seeking the kingdom of God and His righteousness. As we walk this year, let us be mindful of the things of God. Make sure we are living and walking in His promises. Our eyes, vision should be focused fully on Christ Jesus. Set our minds on the kingdom of God and His righteousness. A kingdom living mentality. The only way to live a victorious life is when our eyes are focused on Jesus.

As we dwell in the Lord, Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly. The word of God concerning our lives are yes and amen. Therefore everything about our existence is hidden in the word of God. We can't understand our lives if we are not living or dwelling in Christ. Soak in the presence of the Lord and download His fresh word into our spirit.

Let this day be the day of the Lord. Gbu!

Walk, rooted, built, established and Give Thanks always!

Colossians 2:6-7, 9-10 NKJV

As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving. For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.

******
Shalom! It's day 4 and things seems to be flowing accordingly. Thank God it's Friday! Let us pray. Abba Father in the name of Jesus we come before You today. As we partake of Your promises today, Holy Spirit help us to walk, rooted, built up be established in Him. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

As a believer, we are aught to walk in Him. The moment we received Christ Jesus, we are called into an intimate relationship with the Lord. Walking with God means following His footsteps. Walking with God means daily having an intimate conversation. Walking in the Lord. Out of God we are not able to function properly. We are also required to be rooted and built up in Him. Are we rooted in the things and the knowledge of this world or in Him? We are not supposed to be rooted in the church, or in the pastor, or the leaders.. but be rooted in the Lord. It means the deep we dig into the Lord, the stronger we can be. No tsunami can uproot you from the Lord. Now, for example, if a buildings basement isn't strong, it is not possible for the building to stand strong. The foundation of the building must be firm, then the building will be strong. When we are rooted in Christ Jesus, our faith becomes stronger and stronger. Be built in Jesus. You are built to last. Built to face extreme weather conditions. Your faith is being established on a firm foundation that can never be shaken!!!  Walk, rooted, built, established and Give Thanks always!

Do you want a prosperous life? Dwell in Him. For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power. When we are connected to God 24/7, we feel safe and secured. Actually, for the record, Jesus completes us. He is the missing puzzle of our life. And we did not find Him, but He found us and completes us.  You received power when you are in Him. The world can't give you what you need, only Jesus is able to do it. The fullness of the Godhead dwells in Him. The fullness of God flows in us as we dwells in Him.

Therefore let us, walk, rooted, built and be established in Him. Let this day be the day of the Lord. Gbu!!!

Walk worthy of the Lord.

Colossians 1:10-12 NKJV

that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing  Him,  being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy; giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.

******
Shalom! It's 3rd day of 2013. It's Tenacious Thursday! How's your 3rd day of 2013 is? Are tenaciously walking worthy of the Lord in this day 3? Let's pray. Abba Father as we partake of Your word this day, as we walk on Your promises today, Holy Spirit help us to walk, live and serve according to the Lord will and purposes. Help us to live a life worthy of His calling. In Jesus name we pray.

Friends, it is a crucial and important thing that we constantly evaluate our walk with God. It's a vital part of a Christians lives. That you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing  Him,  being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power. The reason I say this because when we walk worthy of the Lord, bearing His cross and live according to HIS ways in fully pleasing Him, well then we will be fruitful in every good works that we involved in, either in ministry, work, or studies. Not just being fruitful, but also increase in the knowledge of God as well as in every area of our lives. Walk worthy of the Lord. Those who are desiring to serve the Lord, having the desire is JUST NOT ENOUGH. You must have the mentality of a warrior as well. Because ministry is a battlefield and we are constantly waging war against the devil. If we are serving the Lord and yet not being fruitful and there's no increase, well we got to check ourselves. You will be fruitful, you will increase and be strengthened according to His glorious power to face all kinds of situation and the key here is to GIVE THANKS no matter what you go through.

We are qualified to be the partakers of God's inheritance. The Hebrew word for 'INHERITANCE' is from the word "nahala" from the root word "nahal" which means to inherit or possess and the other meaning is promises or gift. Very clearly we can see here, now this is what the Lord showed and taught me. We are qualified to be the partake of His inheritance it means, the Lord has given us the land, therefore go and inherit the land, go and possess the land and inherit the promises of God. As we walk this year, let us inherit or possess this promised land and live and walk in the promises of God concerning you and me! Now what are the inheritance of the saints of the light?

1. We are heirs of eternal life. Titus 3:7
2. We are heirs of salvation. Hebrews 1:14
3. We are heirs of the promises made to Abraham. Galatians 3:29
4. We are heirs of his promises and glory. Romans 8:17
5. We are heirs of righteousness. Hebrews 11:7
6. We are heirs of an immortal and perfected body. 1 Corinthians 15:50-54

Now knowing that we have the promises of God, let us go and possess it and live accordingly. Let this day be the day of the Lord. Gbu!

Be anxious for nothing.

Philippians 4:6-7, 19 NKJV

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

******
Shalom! It's the 2nd day of 2013! Wonderful Wednesday to everyone! As we walk this year, let us not worry of what the future has for us instead begin to give thanks to God for the things He has for us. Let's pray. Abba Father, in Jesus name we pray that as we claim Your promises for today, Holy Spirit help us to see clearly the plans and Your will for us. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Friends, let us be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Do not worry how your 2013 is going to be or whats gonna happen. But do onething, PRAY & GIVE THANKS. Let your request be made known to God. What do you want to see happen in your life, ministry, work, studies and family this year? Tell it to God in prayer and give thanks for the unseen miracles. It means claim His promises as you pray and give thanks and receive the miracle by faith.  Whatsoever you confess by faith it shall be done unto you if you dare to believe.

If you are troubled by what's gonna happen to you this year, well then, let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. No other worldly peace can secure your hearts and minds, only the PEACE OF GOD is able to do that. Be connected to God 24/7 and you will experience the peace of God which surpasses all human understanding guards your hearts and minds. Do not be distressed, compressed, pressed. Instead, allow His perfect peace to rule your heart and minds and I am sure that you will have a fruitful day and year.

Finally,  my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. All your needs, financially, physically, spiritually is taken care of by God! Do not worry and be anxious for nothing. He shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection.

Philippians 3:7-8, 10 NKJV

But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death,

******
Shalom! It's the 1st day of 2013!!! It's Thanksgiving Tuesday!!! Blessed New Year 2013!!! We may have gained manythings and loss manythings in 2012. I don't know about you, but i have gained and loss manythings throughout 2012. Let us pray. Abba Father, in the name of Jesus we come before You today. In this day, the 1st day of 2013, as we partake Your word, help us to gain Christ in us and to know Him and the power of His resurrection. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen.

No matter what has happened in the past, in year 2012, LET IT GO AND KEEP MOVING FORWARD. This year 2013, Let focus our vision towards Jesus and walk and live in the promises and in the promised land of God. Let us come to a point that no matter what happens, that we would do ANYTHING to gain Christ and that we may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death, this year.

2012 was a year of preparation for me, personally. Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish. I was just at the tip of the iceberg and during that moment, i just can feel what 2013 is all about. Whatever which i have loss, i thank God for it because through that loss i have gained Christ.

If you have started your 2013 with much of hurts and unfulfilled dreams, it's not too late. Let us take some time during this day, come to the Lord and reflect your 2012 and give thanks for the things He has done.

That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death. Those who know their God wil attempt greater things for God and expect greater things from God. Why? Because if you claim to know God then it means you would understand the power of His resurrection. Let us therefore, know Him and make Him known. Let the power of His resurrection begin to work in our lives as we commit ourselves before Him. His resurrection gives us a new revelation of who Christ is and what He is capable to do for those who dare to believe in Him.

God bless you and have a brand new start with the Lord. Step in and rule your 2013 with the promises of God!
