Do not be afraid, only believe...!

Mark 5:35-36, 39-40 NKJV

While He was still speaking, some came from the ruler of the synagogue’s house who said, “Your daughter is dead. Why trouble the Teacher any further?” As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said to the ruler of the synagogue, “Do not be afraid; only believe.”  When He came in, He said to them, “Why make this commotion and weep? The child is not dead, but sleeping.” And they ridiculed Him. But when He had put them all outside, He took the father and the mother of the child, and those who  were with Him, and entered where the child was lying.

Shalom! Day #299. Do you know that whenever a believer says or even declares a statement of faith, people who hears it will always ridicule them? Let's pray. Father, it doesn't matter wether people ridiculed our faith and beliefs. No matter how they ridicules,  it doesn't change the fact that Your word is still touch lives and transforming communities. Your power is still healing people who calls upon Your name and those who believes in You. We thank You for the privilege given to us to believe in You. In Jesus name we ask and pray, amen!

Along your way believing in Jesus for a miracle, there will a bunch of people who will make fun of your faith and beliefs. You know no matter what they say, it's not going to change the fact that the Word of God is still actively impacting lives, touching lives, healing lives, restoring lives and blessing lives. It doesn't change a bit of the power of the Word of God, His words last for eternity!  In this verse we read today, it is written that "While He was still speaking, some came from the ruler of the synagogue’s house who said, Your daughter is dead." Wow, a new revelation! While Jesus is ministering to us, speaking to us, encouraging us, strengthening us to continue to trust in His words and in Him, and here comes the deceiver to deceive and plant the seeds of fear, discouragement, that eventually will shake our faith in Him. And again as soon as Jesus heard, note this point, JESUS HEARD what that person said, He continued to strengthen the faith of the ruler of the synagogue. To believe in Jesus is a simple thing, the hardest thing is to shut your ears to the lies and the schemes of the devil, because if you don't then the seed planted in you with crippled your faith to believe in Him. The devil may make such a scene to shake your faith, no matter what happens,  hold tight to His word! This ruler of the synagogue,  he held tight to His word.

But when He had put them all outside, He took the father and the mother of the child, and those who  were with Him, and entered where the child was lying.... Whenever I pray for someone,  the 1st question I will ask is, IS THERE ANYONE WITH AN UNBELIEVING HEART, PLEASE,  YOU CAN GO OUT. JESUS DOESN'T NEED YOUR UNBELIEVING HEART. In this verse, Jesus put all those who ridiculed, all those unbelieving people outside of the house and just brought in a few of those who are sincerely,  seriously, wholeheartedly wanting to see a miracle. We must remove every seed of unbelief, doubt, fear, from our hearts. Take it outside. When you believe wholeheartedly, then you shall see His glory!

Let this day be the day of the Lord!
