So He said...COME...!

Matthew 14:29-31 NKJV

So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus. But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!” And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?”

Shalom! Day #286. Do you know that when your eyes are totally focused upon Jesus, you will never sink when you walk on the surface of problems, difficult situations, trials and testing? Let's pray. Father, give us a faith that will enable us to walk on the surface of problem, difficult situations, trials and testing, to walk upon the sea of every odds and limitations and not to sink and be suffocated by it. In Jesus name we ask and pray, amen!

And Jesus said COME! Are we going to Him with a heart that's filled with an unshakeable faith? Are we diverting all of our focus to Jesus alone as we walk towards Him? Peter did, but then, we he diverts his focus to the waves and the storm, he began to sink. Peter requested to walk on the water to reach Jesus, but then he did not reach Jesus and sink, because he began to lose focus. The woman with the blood issue, she kept her eyes upon Jesus and wherever He moves she follows and reached Jesus and received her healing. We fall when our focus is not upon Jesus. We sink and suffocate when our focus is not upon Jesus.

Oh you of little faith, why did you doubt? Before Jesus rebuked Peter, He saved him for sinking. Jesus will never leave you nor forsake you. He will never let you walk alone in the midst of every waves and storms. But the only thing He ask of us is to trust in Him totally with all your heart! Are we diverting all of our focus to Jesus? Lest He come and cannot find a person that filled with faith!

Let this day be the day of the Lord!
