Stand strong, stand firm, have faith...!

Matthew 7:24-27 NKJV

“Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:  and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand:  and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.”

Shalom!  Day #280. Do you know that architects or builders does not build houses on the sand and expect it to be strong? Let's pray. Father, You are strong foundation, our Rock of salvation that cannot be moved, our strong concrete basement and on You we build our hope, trust and faith because of You marvelous works. We thank You for being our hope and our trust. Help us to build ourselves on You continually. In Jesus name we ask and pray, amen!

On what platform are we building ourselves today? There is two kinds of platform. Rock basement and sandy basement. On what we are building or even trying to build on today? Jesus said to Simon called Peter, ON THIS ROCK I WILL BUILD MY CHURCH AND THE GATES OF HELL SHALL NOT PREVAIL! On this rock, it means upon Jesus Himself, the church will be build. Not physically, but spiritually. Jesus must be the basis of our Christian faith. Jesus must be the foundation of our teaching, preaching, serving and ministering. When you build yourself on Jesus, our Rock of salvation, your faith will grow deeper and stronger. No matter how violent the tsunamis can be, if you are rooted and build on Jesus , our firm foundation,  you will never be shaken! Your faith, your hope, your trust, and your life is safe and secured in Him. Be steadfast and immovable in Him! Stand strong,  stand firm, have faith!

But those who build on the sand is like building a skyscraper without proper piling and no strong basement. The building may seems to be strong, but the basement is weak. When trials and testings comes, when he or she go through lives difficulties, when tsunami hits them they began to falter, doubt, faithless, hopeless. They aren't strong to fight it. They aren't strong to face it. They aren't courageous to face the giants of their lives. Because their basement begin to shake and collapse. They are not strong in faith. What about you today? Which kind of a builder are you? You have make the decision for yourself and it's not too late to trust on Jesus,  even NOW HE CAN CREATE A MIRACLE FOR YOU...IF ONLY YOU BEGIN TO BUILD YOUR FAITH IN HIM!

Let this day be the day of the Lord!
