Your works are not in vain....!

Ruth 2:10-12 NKJV

So she fell on her face, bowed down to the ground, and said to him, “Why have I found favor in your eyes, that you should take notice of me, since I am a foreigner?” And Boaz answered and said to her, “It has been fully reported to me, all that you have done for your mother-in-law since the death of your husband, and how you have left your father and your mother and the land of your birth, and have come to a people whom you did not know before. The Lord repay your work, and a full reward be given you by the Lord God of Israel, under whose wings you have come for refuge.”

Shalom! Day #141. Do you know that the Lord knows your efforts you put in ministry and that your labor isn't in vain? Let's pray. Father, we thanks You that our rewards is in You. We pray Lord that our labor in ministry, serving You anf Your people shall not go in vain but it shall produce everlasting fruits. In Jesus name we ask and pray,  amen!

In 1 Corinthians 15:58 NKJV Paul stated that, Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. Whatsoever your are doing,  be it in the ministry, for the Lord or even your personal life, when you do it with all your heart, God knows how to reward you back. You will find favor from God and man. This verse stated that we must always abounding in the work of the Lord.  What is the works of the Lord? Well, caring for the poor, giving shelter to the homeless, preaching the living and powerful Word of God, praying for the sick and demon possessed, encouraging one another and so on. So, when you abound in the works of the Lord, the time you have put in, all the efforts you put in, God knows how to reward you back. He will open up the heavens gate and flood you with everlasting, extraordinarily overflowing blessings.

In today's verse we again look into Ruth's character. Because of the choices she made and willing to leave her families behind and to follow Naomi and be with her, she was a companion to Naomi, she took cared of Naomi and the Lord honors Ruth's decision. Although she was Naomi's daughter-in-law, yet Ruth served Naomi. Ruth asks for Naomi's permission to go and work. When Boaz saw her, she fell on her face, bowed down to the ground, and said to him, “Why have I found favor in your eyes, that you should take notice of me, since I am a foreigner?” And Boaz answered and said to her, “It has been fully reported to me, all that you have done for your mother-in-law since the death of your husband, and how you have left your father and your mother and the land of your birth, and have come to a people whom you did not know before. The Lord repay your work, and a full reward be given you by the Lord God of Israel, under whose wings you have come for refuge.” Folks, never be fooled and tricked by the devil, by saying that all that you are doing is useless and no one is noticing all your works and efforts. God knows and God sees and He knows how to reward all your good works. The best of the best He will give you. So continue your good work, do it with all your heart and never complain and in everything give thanks.

Let this day be the day of the Lord!
