You will understand the fear of the Lord...!

Proverbs 2:5-6, 20 NKJV

Then you will understand the fear of the Lord , And find the knowledge of God. For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding; So you may walk in the way of goodness, And keep to the paths of righteousness.

Shalom! Day #262. Do you know that the wisdom of God, will make you to understand the things of God as well as keeping you away from the ways of the wickedness? Let's pray. Father, we ask You that You would give us Your wisdom and understanding to understand Your plans for us and to walk in Your ways. In Jesus name we ask and pray, amen!

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and understanding. This fear speaks not about you being afraid of God and so on but to humble ourselves before the Lord in respect and honor. So where comes wisdom and understanding? Wisdom and understanding comes to you when you humble yourselves before the Lord. The Lord gives it freely for those who humble themselves and seek the Lord wholeheartedly.

Once you've understand the fear of God, then you would comprehend the knowledge of God, the plans of God and the will of God for your life. The wisdom of God teaches us to live according to the will and the plans of God. So you may walk in the way of goodness, And keep to the paths of righteousness.

Let this day be the day of the Lord!
