Finish it strong...!

Ruth 3:10-11 NKJV

Then he said, “Blessed are you of the Lord , my daughter! For you have shown more kindness at the end than at the beginning, in that you did not go after young men, whether poor or rich. And now, my daughter, do not fear. I will do for you all that you request, for all the people of my town know that you are a virtuous woman.

Shalom! Day #95. Do you know no matter how you begin a race, the thing which count the most is how you finish it. Let's pray. Father help us to run the race and finish it strong. In Jesus name we ask and pray. Amen!

It doesn't matter how small you start or where you start, makesure you finish it properly, finish it strong! Greater should be the momentum in the end than it was at the beginning. Another character I learn from Ruth today is, whatever we do, it doesn't matter how small we have started it, or where, makesure we do it with all our hearts and then you will see the fruits of your labour. A sense of satisfaction in the end of every race after winning the gold medal. The momentum in the beginning should not be the same till you reach the finishing line. It must grow in each step you take. By the time we reach the finishing line, the momentum is already greater than the beginning and there is a force that drives us to attain the gold medal. When you do anything with all you heart not as unto man, but unto God, and get God involved in it, you shall see the fruits in the accomplishment of the task. Why? Because the Spirit of God in you is greater than any other things in this world, and the Spirit of God is the force that drives you, without choosing giving up as an option, but finishing it strong! Hallelujah!

Another character I learn from Ruth is, she is a virtuous woman. A good woman, a godly woman, a god-fearing woman. In between the beginning and the end, how is our attitude? It is not just doing it with all our heart and  getting God be involved in the things we do that's produces the fruits, but also our heart attitude in the every little things that God has given to us, how we handle it, what we do with it, is the thing progressing? If a runner or an athlete, he or she even before the race competition, have determined in their hearts to win and attain the gold medal, for sure they will put themselves into intense trainings in building their fitness level. The attitude they have in the training and the determination they have at the beginning of the race, it builds up their confidence as they run the race and at the finishing line, they finished it strong in winning the gold medal. A person with good heart attitude is known by all. A godly person is respected by all. Why? Because the fruits that's being produced speaks louder than any words can do. A good heart attitude person finds favor from God and man.

Let this day be the day of the Lord!
