The Lord shall exalt you...!

II Kings 23:25 NKJV

Now before him there was no king like him, who turned to the Lord with all his heart, with all his soul, and with all his might, according to all the Law of Moses; nor after him did any arise like him.

Shalom! Day #127. Do you know that the Lord exalts His chosen ones and make their name great? Let's pray. Father, as we humble before You and magnify Your name, we pray that Your servants would find favor in the sight of Your people, be the head and not the tail. In Jesus name we ask and pray, amen!

In Joshua 4:14 NKJV  On that day the Lord  exalted Joshua in the sight of all Israel; and they feared him, as they had feared Moses, all the days of his life.

Now, the Lord exalts His chosen vessel in the sight of men. Two examples, there are more in the bible, but I take just 2. Josiah and Joshua. Josiah - there was no king like him, before and after. Why? Because he turned to the Lord with all his heart, with all his soul and with all his might. Josiah's birth was foretold even before he was born and the promises of God was established through him and in him. Josiah humbled himself before God. Josiah did the right thing by removing and destroying every Baal idols, every false prophets and cleanup the house of God. When you begin to magnify the name of the Lord, He will begin to exalt you over the nations.

Joshua, took over the next level of leadership from Moses and lead Israel into the promised land. The Lord was with him all the way. The Lord exalted Joshua in the sight of all Israel. Why? Because he followed the Lord in every step he took concerning the administration of Israel and her people. He did all the Lord commended him to do.

If your life is right before God and you abide yourself in the Lord, following Him wholeheartedly, obeying His commandments and doing what He has told you to do, well, your reward is near. Promotion comes from the Lord. You shall be the head and not the tail. People will begin to see the works you do, and exaltation and praises awaits you. But onething, remain humble before God because He cause it to happen for you.

Let this day be the day of the Lord!
